What are too many toys for kids?
This question has come up several times in our household recently. I recall not having that many toys and talking with friends - they too feel the same. So perhaps our kids have too many toys and they value them less? Is it just my kids? Nah, I know others but it makes me wonder what to do.

I wasn’t totally surprised to see an article in Sunday’s Herald Sun here in Melbourne about Planetshakers church. For some time now I have been thinking about church and what it means to be the church and wondered specifically about Planetshakers and some of the larger churches in light if Pagan Christianity which I have been reading. But, I guess I was more taken with the fact that the article exposes what PS wants to do with all the money it is taking from the younger generations.

Ok this is is it. I toyed around with a blog earlier here and then with Apple’s iWeb app (part of iLife ‘08), created www.nealtaylor.net (still annoyed I can’t get the .com!) using iWeb but while it was good, it didn’t feel right! I’ll be moving some of the posts over here eventually but or now this is the first post!Please don’t dismiss this yet! I do plan to make regular posts and try to get some of my thoughts, ideas and observations down for others to discuss, as well as share what I am reading and growing with.
